Vox ELECTRONICA 2026 Electroacoustic Music Festival

VOX ELECTRONICA is a festival of electroacoustic music, sound art and new media art, bringing Ukrainian and international composers and sound artists to Lviv from 17 to 26 July 2026. Its signature format is octophony — eight-channel sound diffusion, regarded in contemporary electroacoustic circles as the "new stereo". You sit inside the sound rather than in front of it, which is why these concerts cannot be fully reproduced on headphones or on a recording. The programme features concerts, lectures and an octophonic sound residency with artist presentations on 25–26 July. Composers featured include Ostap Manuliak, Heorhii Potopalskyi, Alla Zahaikevych (Ukraine), Mantautas Krukauskas (Lithuania), Mehmet Can Özer (Turkey), Piotr Madej and Dariusz Mazurowski (Poland).
