Trout, Bread and Wine (Pstruh, Khlib ta Vyno) is a two-storey knaipa run by the !FEST holding at 49 Brativ Rohatyntsiv St., open since 2012. Its legend features two hosts: Misko Pstruh, a Hutsul trumpeter who bakes Carpathian river trout in the oven, and Petro Bratvanka, the clockmaker who tends the Town Hall clock and bakes the bread. Hence the three pillars of the menu — trout served several ways, house-baked oven bread, and wine and mulled wine, alongside Carpathian and European dishes and a fresh soup of the day. The interior is dominated by a huge clock, a nod to the Town Hall, and it is a few minutes' walk from Rynok Square.
Its full name is 'Pstruh, khlib ta vyno' — Trout, Bread and Wine — a !FEST restaurant at 49 Brativ Rohatyntsiv St.
Daily 12:00-23:00 according to the official !FEST page.
The signature dish is oven-baked Carpathian river trout with the house bread; pair it with wine, or mulled wine in winter.
