A family-run edible-snail farm in the village of Solonka near Lviv, founded in 2017 by Iryna and Ivan Yuskevych. The farm raises Helicidae snails on more than 1.5 hectares of open plantations plus indoor nurseries for young snails, exporting most of its output to the EU. It welcomes visitors: a guided tour of the plantations explains how snails are bred, harvested and sorted, and is followed by a tasting of snail dishes (stuffed snails, stews, garlic-sauce dishes), sometimes alongside rabbit, duck and turkey during its French, Italian, Pan-Asian and Ukrainian "cuisine weeks". Visits are by prior booking only and the season runs roughly from April to October. Call ahead: current 2026 hours and prices could not be confirmed.
