A grill restaurant of the !FEST holding in the Bernardine courtyard (entrance from 20 Valova St). Its full name is 'The First Lviv Grill Restaurant of Meat and Justice', and the concept plays on the figure of the medieval Lviv executioner who, after his post was abolished, supposedly opened a meat restaurant. The menu is built around Ukrainian meat cooked on an open grill and in a Josper oven: steaks (ribeye, T-bone, tenderloin), shashlik, ribs, sausages, pulled pork, plus fish, vegetables, soups and starters. The signature item is 'Justice', a large sharing meat platter. There is a courtyard terrace, delivery and online table booking.
According to the official !FEST website the restaurant at 20 Valova St is open daily from 12:00 to 22:30. Third-party directories still list older, longer hours, so it is worth calling +38 (050) 430-28-26 before you go.
Steaks run about UAH 340-390, shashlik UAH 120-255 and large sharing meat platters UAH 360-520, so a full dinner with a drink is roughly UAH 500-700 per person.
