A cafe-bakery in central Lviv built around the idea of a 'bureau of gastronomic travel', opened in June 2026 at 3 Kopernyka Street. Every month the venue 'travels' to a new country: alongside its permanent menu of house breakfasts and baked goods, it adds seasonal dishes and drinks from that month's cuisine (Spain in July 2026). The core offering is all-day breakfasts, coffee and pastries baked on site. It works both as a morning coffee stop in the centre and as a place worth returning to each month for a new culinary route.
