Lviv Coffee Mining Manufacture is a !FEST coffee house in the Lubomirski Palace at 10 Rynok Square, with its own roastery. It is really three spaces with three menus: the courtyard, where Lviv-style coffee is brewed in a cezve; the coffee house itself, serving the house 'Prosvita' blend; and the 'coffee mine' in the cellar — a theatrical space where the signature 'sealed' coffee is finished with a caramel crust at your table. A shop sells freshly roasted beans, drip bags and home-brewing gear. The courtyard regularly hosts concerts, lectures and book launches, and the venue is pet-friendly. The building is the one from whose balcony the Act of Restoration of Ukrainian Statehood was proclaimed on 30 June 1941.
Mon-Thu 08:00-22:30, Fri-Sun 08:00-23:00 (official !FEST website).
