The ground floor is a shop and a working chocolate kitchen: hand-made pralines sold by weight, chocolate bars, figurines and Lviv-themed souvenir chocolate, with the moulding and decorating visible behind glass. Upstairs is the café, serving hot chocolate, coffee and desserts. It sits on the main tourist route between Rynok Square and the Armenian Quarter, so weekends and the high season bring queues at the weighing counter. Best treated as a quick chocolate-and-coffee stop rather than a long sit-down meal.
