Mama Manana is a Georgian khachapuri house at 39 Rynok Square — the chain's first venue in Lviv and its sixth in Ukraine. It occupies a 17th-century townhouse that once served as a royal mint and later as a Baroque painter's workshop; the building is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site and retains decorative ceiling paintings. There are two floors, several themed rooms and a summer terrace. The menu covers Georgian classics — khachapuri of several kinds, khinkali (including lamb), soups and desserts such as baklava — with meat cooked in a real tone oven over cherry or apple charcoal. There is a bar list with chacha and Georgian wines, plus delivery.
