Pani Frida — Taqueria in Lviv

Pani Frida is a taqueria by Lviv's !FEST holding, opened in November 2025 at 1B Akademika Pidstryhacha St. inside the Duck's Lake recreation complex. The concept is a Mexican-Carpathian mash-up — the house legend says Frida Kahlo taught the Hutsuls to make tacos. The menu runs to authentic tacos (al pastor, suadero, camaron, de pollo), birria tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, guacamole and churros, with craft beer and cocktails. The interior mixes Hutsul and Latin American motifs; 42 seats indoors and 40 on a summer terrace facing the lake. It is pet-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and hosts a DJ on Friday evenings — an easy stop while walking around Duck's Lake.
