Porco Marco

Porcomarco is a porchetta shop at 14/1a Virmenska Street, a few steps from Rynok Square. The format is small and largely takeaway, with a few tables outside — Italian street food rather than a sit-down restaurant. It is a 2026 finalist of the national Salt restaurant awards in the Best Street Food Cafe category. Chef Dmytro Bihas builds the menu on three things made in house: porchetta (herb-roasted pork with crackling, served in sandwiches), tartine bread on a sourdough starter the venue says is over eight years old, and Neapolitan pizza from a wood-fired oven. A newer addition is the Reuben — pastrami, house pickles and honey-mustard sauce. Porcomarco pizza is also served under the MAD x Porco Marco collaboration — at VAR BAR inside MAD Bar's House, 10 Shevska Street, as its own menu section. Expect 200–400 UAH for a sandwich or pizza with a drink. Delivery runs through Glovo.
