Stadion Ukraina on Lypova Aleia was built in 1963 as "Druzhba" and renamed in 1990; for decades it was the home ground of FC Karpaty. After the 1999 renovation it seats 28,051 spectators, with a natural-grass main pitch. Besides the main arena there are artificial-turf training pitches available for rent for training sessions and amateur matches, plus dressing rooms for teams and referees, equipment rooms and parking. The stadium has been leased long-term to FC Karpaty, which has announced a phased reconstruction of the complex (reducing capacity to roughly 15,000, adding training pitches and a youth sports school).
Yes — artificial-turf training pitches on the grounds are rented out, while the natural-grass main pitch is used for club matches and training. Rates are agreed with the administration; no official price list is published.
