Strilnytsia at Mykoly Lysenka St 23-B is Ukraine's first municipal shooting range and a veterans' hub, opened in June 2025 on the site of a 19th-century city shooting range. The three-storey building houses an air/laser range (which doubles as a shelter), an indoor live-fire range with 25 m and 50 m galleries and an automated target system, a cardio and fitness gym, a veterans' café with a historical exhibition, a VR zone, a conference and cinema hall, and a rooftop archery area with a city-view lounge. The space is fully accessible and most instructors are veterans. It is open to everyone — residents, schoolchildren, athletes, servicemen and veterans; book ahead, as the range is busy with official events.
