Oskar Dolphinarium in Truskavets

Oskar Dolphinarium is the only dolphinarium in western Ukraine, operating in Truskavets since 2015, at the entrance to the resort from the Boryslav side. It works year-round rather than seasonally. Shows feature Black Sea bottlenose dolphins and sea lions (acrobatics, painting, 'singing') in an amphitheatre-style hall seating roughly 450 people. The complex also runs dolphin-assisted therapy and paid swimming with dolphins by appointment, and has a terrarium and a restaurant on site. Shows run daily except Monday: twice on weekdays and three times at weekends. Under martial law, sessions may be postponed or cancelled during air-raid alerts, so confirm the show time by phone before travelling.
