The Lviv Dovzhenko Centre is a cinema-and-concert venue at 81 Chervonoi Kalyny Avenue in the Sykhiv district, based on the former Dovzhenko Cinema Palace. It is one of the largest cinema-concert venues in western Ukraine, with two halls (the Red hall seating roughly 750 and the Blue hall roughly 200), Dolby Digital Surround sound and panoramic screens. It screens current releases and hosts concerts, theatre, festivals, conferences and creative evenings, plus children's studios and a coworking space. Entry to the building is free; you pay for tickets to a given screening or event.
