Kozatska Rada is a lakeside recreation complex in the village of Sokilnyky (1a Dubivka St), effectively on Lviv's southern edge - about 5-10 minutes' drive from the city. The grounds are themed on Cossack style: many wooden gazebos ('kurins') on the shore and by the water, a Ukrainian restaurant with signature dishes (borscht, fish soup, pampushky, meat and fish over open fire, pickles, lard), a banquet hall and the Panorama pub. There is a wood-fired sauna, massage, paintball and paid fishing. The pond is stocked with carp, crucian carp, perch, pike, grass carp, catfish and roach. Fishing is allowed daily from dawn to dusk; night fishing is banned and the catch must be shown on the way out. Open fires on the shore are prohibited - cooking is done at the designated grills. The venue caters mainly to groups, birthdays and corporate events.
