Rebernia pid Arsenalom

Rebernia pid Arsenalom is the original and best-known ribs restaurant of the !FEST holding, in the very centre of Lviv at 5 Pidvalna St., beside the Arsenal Museum that gives it its name. The chain started here: the rib recipe was tested for three years and the kitchen uses purpose-built grills that cook over open fire so the meat comes out with a crust and a smoky taste. It is deliberately informal — no plates or cutlery, you eat the ribs with your hands. Ribs come with a choice of sauces (BBQ, mustard, Asian) alongside grilled vegetables, marinated brynza cheese, cheese-and-potato flatbread and the house reBEERnya craft beer; the marinade and sauces are also sold to take away. Unlike the !FESTrepublic branch, this one has traditionally taken no reservations — first come, first served.
